I contacted Anglesey Computer Solutions as we were looking for an upgrade to our Free customer WiFi.
The existing WiFi we had installed was not performing to our customers needs and was with limitations.
I spoke to Neil and arranged a site visit to discuss our needs and from our first conversation he was professional, knowledgeable and offered great advice.

I would like to thank Anglesey Computer Solutions for installing an advanced CCTV system in my shop and cafe which not only allows me to see all internal and external areas from the shop counter but also from my Ipad while at home or on my phone from anywhere. They have also updated my WiFi system which now means I am able to provide much more reliable WiFi across the businesses and in particular to customers of the cafe. “Some weeks before I moved to North Wales a friend advised that I should seek assistance in setting up an office base at my new address. Having postponed the task of upgrading my laptop, I was advised to ring Neil Summers of Anglesey Computer Solutions. This initial contact was very helpful. He checked out my work requirements, discussed the merits of Blackberry vs iPhone and suggested that once I was online I should get in touch. Getting online was not straightforward – I ditched the internet service I had had in favour of BT- and Neil set about sorting the home hub and patiently configured the laptop.
He suggested that it was time to replace the laptop and emailed some suggestions. I accepted his advice and once a purchase was made, he set up the new laptop. Before I had transferred files from my old laptop it suddenly ceased to work. Neil collected it offering to retrieve what he could. Within hours I had a text diagnosing the problem and seeking my permission to do what was required to transfer the files to the new laptop. 48 hours later I am writing this on the new laptop – all files recovered, transferred and copied onto a disc! Neil’s calm competence, Trustworthiness and ease with operating systems, programmes and devices (as well as with anguished home workers) are valuable and serious gifts. Having had a succession of problems on my personal PC and my netbook, I was very pleased to get an extremely fast response from Neil and equally excellent service in resolving all my problems. Many thanks for your help, the system upgrade has solved the Task Bar and Menu problem after setting ‘default’ for the task bar after the upgrade. RELIEF! To start the upgrade the computer required a command ‘dpkg –configure -a’ to be run in the LINUX ‘shell and to do that I had to become the ‘SUPER USER’ which was a bit of a process. First time I’ve really used my ‘Linux in easy steps’ book seriously. Roger (Dulas) (June 2016)
