Like all business Anglesey Computer solutions needs to keep its engineers and customers safe from Covid 19. To this end we have been following the guidance provided by the UK and Welsh Governments around working on site and especially working in other people’s homes.
Anglesey Computer Solutions has produced a Covid 19 protocol which is shown below.
The first option will be to try and carry out repairs remotely.
Where this is not possible a “pick up, repair and return” system will be used. This will involve the equipment being picked up, returned to the office and left for 24 hours before being worked on. The equipment will be cleaned before being returned to the customer. This is bound to increase the turnaround time for repairs but I hope customer understand why this is necessary.
Only if a remote repair or pick up, repair and return is not possible will a home visit be arranged.
