What do you charge ?
We like to tell you our prices up front so that there are no nasty surprises.
Our on site rates are less than you will be charged at High Street shops and we will save you the trouble of disconnecting all your equipment , taking it to a shop and then having to reconnect all cables and reinstall all the printer, camera and broadband programs once you get home.
Our rates....
On site service call to your home or office :-
Amlwch, Cemaes, Llanerchymedd, Moelfre - £30
Llangefni, Benllech, Pentraeth - £32
All other areas of Anglesey £35
Bangor £40
Rates include up to 1 hour on site :- (Minimum charge is 1 hour)
Additional time on site charged at £10 per 1/2 hour slot.
Fixed rates for some issues :-
Virus removal (Standard) £40
Virus removal (Advanced) £80
Operating system reinstallation £75
Data back up £20 per 8 GB
If the problem cannot be resolved on site, in a reasonable amount of time, we will provide an estimate for repair based on returning the PC to our workshop for further diagnostics and remedial work.
If at this time you decide that the repair estimate is uneconomic a diagnostic fee equivalent to 1 hours on site as above will still be payable.
The maximum fee for repair of a Desktop PC is normally around £80 excluding parts.
The customer is normally responsible for all data back up prior to work starting.
However If required we will back up data before we start work.
If at any point, we need to reformat your computer, we require you to supply us with the original licence key or recovery disks.
If there is no licence key / recovery disk available, then no further work will be done.
The customer will be charged for the work up to that point.
Anglesey Computer solutions, will NOT install crack codes, keygens, or help bypass the Windows activation system. Please read our full terms and conditions.

Installation of additional hardware, e.g. Hard-Drives, Sound Cards, Graphics Cards , Memory etc. £30 Plus cost of equipment.
PC reformat and windows installation:-Customer must supply all recovery / windows / application disksWindows installation and configuration. Plus additional software.Reconnection of printers, scanners, camera and network. £80.
New PC set up and basic onsite training £40.
PC health check Hardware and software and security checks £35.
Data recovery or back up:-Transferring files from PC to CD, DVD or New PC From £30.
Home broadband / network Installation:-
Two PCs, one printer, internet and email set up. £50 ( + any hardware costs)
Additional PC (may require additional hardware) £15.

Your Website Content
All content intended for use on your website will need to be provided in an electronic form i.e. Word, Adobe Acrobat or other similar program please contact us if you need any advice or help.
You would need to send an individual file for each individual page and each file must be named to the corresponding page in question.
We can convert paper content into electronic format for you at a charge of £20 per hour.
You MUST own the copyright to any material supplied to us or have permission from the copyright owner.
Some of the packages use website templates that are customised to the customers request.
If you require a complete custom design then please contact us for a full quote.
When the basic design is under way you will be provided with a proof page of your website, once this has been approved by yourself then a 50% deposit is required for work to continue to completion.
