Remote desktop support system

For more complicated issues it is possible that we can help you with some PC problems without even a site visit by using our new Remote PC help system over a broadband connection.

We can send you a small program which you run on your pc while we are in our office. With your permission we can then view the your screen and this will enable us to diagnose and repair some types of PC problems.

You will be able to see everything that we are doing and will be able to disconnect us when ever you wish.

With our new Remote PC help system, you are in control.

You connect to our service when you are ready.

We cannot see or connect to your PC unless you ask us to.

Once you receive our program and agree a time slot for us to look at your problem, you run the program from your pc with a single click. There is no complicated set up procedure

The cost of a phone or remote PC help session is £20 for the first 30 minutes and then £6 per additional 15 mins which can be paid online.
