Our computer engineers operate a local call out system and can provide you with an initial onsite assessment of your problem.

You will then receive a no obligation quote so you can be sure that there are NO hidden charges before we start any work.

A one hour diagnostic fee is charged if you decide not to proceed with the recomended repair.

Some repairs may require a return of the PC to our workshop when a full estimate will be given.
