From a sluggish desktop to a PC that won't start at all — we diagnose the problem and fix it, at your home or in our workshop. No jargon, no hidden costs.
What We Fix
Whether your PC won't start, runs painfully slowly, or has developed an unexpected fault, we have the expertise to resolve it quickly and reliably.
A PC that refuses to boot is one of the most alarming faults. We carry out a thorough diagnostic to identify whether the issue is the power supply, motherboard, RAM, or another component — and fix it fast.
A slow PC is often caused by malware, failing storage, insufficient RAM, or years of accumulated junk. We identify the root cause and restore your machine to its proper speed — or better.
Viruses, ransomware, spyware and scareware can make your PC unusable and put your personal data at risk. We remove infections thoroughly and put strong defences in place to protect you going forward.
Random restarts and the dreaded Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) are usually caused by faulty RAM, driver conflicts, overheating, or failing storage. We get to the bottom of it using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
When Windows becomes corrupted or too damaged to repair, a clean reinstall is often the best solution. We back up your files first, reinstall Windows correctly, and get all your software and drivers working again.
Sometimes the best repair is a targeted upgrade. Swapping a traditional hard drive for an SSD, adding extra RAM, or replacing a failing component can give your existing PC a new lease of life for a fraction of a new machine's cost.
To ensure we deliver the highest quality of work, we specialise in PC software and internal hardware repair. We do not carry out physical repairs to the following:

Common PC Symptoms We See Every Day
Takes forever to start up
Boot times that stretch to minutes are a sign of a failing drive or bloated startup.

Overheating due to dust build-up or a failing cooling system is a common and fixable problem.

Display issues can stem from a loose cable, failing graphics card, or monitor fault.

Intermittent connections may be a network adapter, driver, or router configuration issue.
Unexpected shutdowns or restarts
Sudden reboots are often caused by hardware stress, faulty RAM, or a struggling power supply.
Strange noises from inside the PC
Clicking, grinding or rattling sounds may indicate a failing hard drive — back up immediately and call us.
Pop-ups and strange browser behaviour

We can clean up unnecessary files or upgrade your storage to give you plenty of room to breathe.
How Our PC Repair Works
We keep the process straightforward so you always know what to expect — and what it will cost.
Call or email to describe what your PC is doing. We'll give you an honest initial assessment and arrange a convenient time to visit or collect.
We carry out a thorough hardware and software diagnostic — checking all major components to find the root cause of the problem, not just the symptom.
We explain what we've found in plain English and give you a clear cost estimate. We never carry out additional work without your approval first.
We fix the issue — most repairs are completed within the hour onsite. We check everything is working correctly before we leave or return your machine.
We come to your home or business across Anglesey — saving you the hassle of disconnecting your PC and lugging it to a shop. We can also check your WiFi and printers while we're there.
For more involved faults — such as component replacement or a full reinstall — we can bring your PC to our workshop and quote a flat rate for the remaining work.
You are responsible for backing up your data before work begins — or we can do this for you for an additional fee. We will never reformat without your data being safe first.

PC Repair FAQs
No — in most cases we come to you. Our onsite service means you don't have to disconnect anything or carry your computer to a shop. If a workshop repair is more suitable, we'll agree a flat rate with you first.

We take every precaution to protect your data. However, customers are ultimately responsible for backing up their files before any work begins. If you haven't backed up, we can do this for you for an additional fee before we start any repair work.
